Hoping everyone had a wonderful week! Dropping in to share my latest article via ActivewearUSA featuring one of my favorite core strengthening exercises – Supermans. I just can’t get enough of this fantastic exercise and incorporate several variations, from beginner to advanced options, into my client sessions as well as my own! I love how this exercise works to build core strength on the whole – abdominals + back – as well as shoulder strength & stability in the Spinal Balance variation.
