I am a salad lover all year round, but there’s just something about summer that inspires me to make big, beautiful, colorful salads for nearly every meal. There are so many gorgeous vegetables & herbs in season, which means they are easy to find at your local stores & Farmer’s Market and even better, they are more affordable. When vegetables (and fruits) are in season, your going to find a better price compared to when they are not. As you all know by now, I believe in eating wholesome foods that nourish & fuel your body, which make you radiate health, beauty & happiness from the inside out! Salads, are one way to do this! There’s no better time than right now to take advantage of the season and all it has to offer!
