Hope everyone had a fab weekend. I have missed ya for the last few days! I am back home in CLT from a fun, yet chill, weekend in NYC. Still nursing this cold over here…I have been pumping myself full of vitamins & juices for days as I refuse to take antibiotics. ick! I couldn’t have had a more perfect Sunday… the day started with a seriously delicious brunch at the sweetest Farm to Table spot called, Friend of a Farmer in Gramercy Park + some walking to drink up as much of that New York City energy that I could before it was time to hop in a taxi and head to the airport. Touched down in CLT just in time to catch a stellar sunset as I was leaving the airport. I pulled over on the side of the road to snap some photos. The sky was unbelievable with wide open views around the airport. Literally pulled in my driveway at 640 and was on my mat just in time for 7pm yoga. Felt so good to move, sweat & B R E A T H E :)) I’ll be sharing some photos from my weekend this week!

We started our meal with a little juice. I ordered the watermelon, ginger & apple juice. So good & simple with just 3 ingredients.
Amazing cornbread with cinnamon apples on top to share and this scrumptious salmon scramble with tomatoes, spinach, goat cheese (duh) & scallions + a side of Brussels. Noms.

Ahhh…Porter Mag!!! The very first printed edition from one of my fave websites, net-a-porter. I’ve been dialed into their online mag, The Edit forever and so excited for Porter. So many beautiful pages of fashion, travel and beauty, culture and just straight up LIFE inspiration.
