Hiya Loves! Happy Hump Day! Hoping your week all kindsa happy & healthy! I’m enjoying a day off from training clients and taking advantage of this time to get some real estate stuff taken care of. I started this gorgeous spring morning with this scrumptious green smoothie bowl, full of all of my superfood faves! Its so simple to throw these yummy bowls together & so satisfying. Remember, to keep your fridge/freezer/pantry stocked full of fresh & frozen fruits, a variety of fresh, organic greens & your favorite superfoods so you can whip up a healthy meal at a moments notice!

SUPER GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL
INGREDIENTS
I Love Organic Girl Super Greens. 2 giant handfuls
1.5 Frozen Banana Slices
Cinnamon. about 5 shakes
Maca Powder. 1 teaspoon (optional, but I totally recc it)
Vanilla Protein Powder. 1 Scoop
6-8 oz. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
(I use Califia Farms – this is THE BEST Carageenan Free Almond Milk I’ve found)
TOPPINGS
Strawberries. 2 halved
Banana. half, sliced
Blueberries. small handful
Goji Berries. small handful
Qi’a Superfood Chia, Buckwheat & Hemp Cereal
Unsweetened Coconut
METHOD
Blend milk, greens, Maca Powder & cinnamon first.
Add in your frozen banana & blend again until smooth.
Then add in your protein powder (if using) and blend once more until smooth.
Pour into your bowl, add toppings & voilà!
Grab a spoon & enjoy! 🙂
