Hello Hi!
I’ve been seriously crushin on some adidas lately and I kinda want all of their super cute tee’s & tanks! haha
Not that adidas ever went out of style, but its made a major comeback as one of the most popular cool-kid brands on the active wear/street style scene. I’ve always had this love & affinity towards the brand & its famous Trefoil logo… considering my roots + you guys know I’m a sucker for all things European, so that + as a little girl, I can recall my dad always wearing adidas tee’s & shorts. As an Austrian kid growing up playing nothing but Fußball this was kinda like THE brand to wear. Its funny how you can form an emotional connection to a brand thru memories like this, right? Same goes for Lacoste. I’m pretty sure my dad owned one in every color. I used to think his shirts with the alligator on it were just the coolest! lol
Too bad he didn’t save some of his old Tee’s. That would be pretty sweet and I’d have a rad collection of vintage shirts.
We shot this outfit on a super soggy morning in Charlotte’s super cute & eclectic neighborhood, NoDa. Unfortunately, (for my hair) Mother Nature wasn’t on our side & my natural curls were desperately trying to break free while I tried my best to keep ’em tamed. We totally hid under a massive tree, using it as an umbrella which worked for a bit until the steady drizzle turned into a downpour!
The upside of all this rain we’re having as of late is how gorgeously green & lush everything is and for all the pollen/allergy sufferers, hopefully this will bring some relief.
April showers bring May flowers, right?! :)
