April Yoga Challenge: Day 23: Baby Bakasana
I’m kinda in love with this adorable, mini arm balance. One day, this little baby crow will grow up to be a big, strong crow – forearms lifted, feets-a-floating, perhaps even a tripod headstand! 🙂 haha While this is the smallest & simplest of arm balances, it still takes a great deal of strength to not dump into your arms and well…land on your face.
Baby Bakasana
Take a squat & place forearms down. Fingers spread wide and shoulder blades draw in towards the spine.
place knees on triceps/armpits….
lean forward, lean forward, gaze forward – round your back, draw abs in tightly…
aaaand lift off! The cutest baby crow you ever did see 😉
That kinda seems harder than regular crow…I’m gonna give it a shot!
For me, its easier. Give it a go and lmk how it goes! 🙂
