Me & Adam currently cannot get enough of these Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Pumpkin O’s!! Once I saw that this box of pumpkin goodness was gluten free & relatively low in sugar, I couldn’t resist this seasonal treat!
I kind of can’t believe I’m eating cereal out of a box! I haven’t eaten cereal in YEARS, you guys! Cereal is one of THE most processed foods you can eat! Yikes. With that being said, these Pumpkin O’s have a pretty short ingredient list – whole grain brown rice, cane sugar, whole grain oats, pumpkin, sea salt, cinnamon – so I’m not fretting about treating myself to a few bowls here & there during my favorite season of the year! 🙂
