Hi babes! Happy Hump Day! So! I’m unofficially calling it summer! The heat & humidity have been down right nastay and finding ways to keep your cool is a must! I don’t know about you guys, but when the the air is hot & heavy, I crave fruit, fruit & more fruit – tropical ones, especially – like pineapple, mango & papaya. YAAAAAS
Enter this delicious & naturally sweet, frozen treat!! Make this dessert-for-breakfast bowl, on a hot afternoon or as a simple & healthy dessert on a sticky summers night! I kept this super simple, not adding any protein powders or super foods, but feel free to toss any boosters into the blender if you’d like to make this more of a meal! If so, I’d recommend a vanilla protein powder! ;)
