Hello, Hello from Austin!
Quick check in and mini picture post to share some of the fun I’ve been having at Wanderlust today!

Breakfast in bed. Literally. Threw on a robe, opened the door, had the nice boy set the tray in the bed and hopped right back in the sheets to eat this yummy omelette, potatoes, fruit and plenty of coffee. As always, found some almond milk last night to have for the am. How cute is this baby almond milk? I love everything mini. So cute!

My Wanderlust schedule and wristband for the weekend!

First class on my itinerary for the day was an Acro Yoga class. This was my first experience with Acro yoga and it was incredibly fun. Met some really cool new girls that were in my group of four.

Message of the morning/class:

C: Connection
P: Patience
R: Receptivity

These were the tools for success in matching up for Acro yoga. Connect (and communicate) with your partner, have patience, be receptive and open. Such an incredible experience that I am so thankful for.

This was SO cool. takes so much trust. Just let go and trust that they won’t let you fall.

This was my awesome group for the Acro yoga class! AND, even more awesome, we are all wearing my shirts!! Beacouop d’Amore..Much Love in French. I had these made for the festival to hand out and was overwhelmed by the positive response to them! Very cool!

THANK YOU, to Mateo from Austin Acro Yoga for making this happen. My Dirty Dancing moment…. Not quite.. But almost. I did get a better shot on my Nikon where I actually released my hands. Will post later.
