Hiya babes! Happy Tuesday & Happy St. Patty’s Day, to you! Hope your week is off to a great start and you enjoyed the weekend!
My love left last night for a month for work, so I took last Friday off so we could spend the day together and enjoy our last weekend together for a while. After spending Monday thru Thursday night in last week, we certainly made up for it, by eating out, lunch & dinner Friday, Saturday and again for lunch on Sunday. Yikes!! I don’t remember the last time we ate out THIS much but we were running so many errands on Friday and Saturday that we found ourselves starving while we were out & about!
I was finally feeling better on Friday but not amazing, or good enough for yoga or a gym workout, so I put myself thru a pretty rad workout in the house! The rest of the day was spent running around, lunch at 300 East + date night at Toscana.
300 East. Sonoma Salad
No queso fresco, add goat chz, dressing on side.
Date Night OOTN
Toscana
Salmon over ratatouille + roasted potatoes
we also shared my fave, the portobello mushroom salad to start.
Saturday was super rainy but we managed to get in a little walk before the rain started in the morning. Showered up and headed out for more errands, lunch at Wolfgang in Phillips Place. After lunch, we both felt like we got hit by a ton of bricks and felt so tired. I guess it was the rainy weather which couldn’t have been more perfect for an afternoon nap…which we NEVER, EVER do. I actually feel kinda guilty sleeping during the day. Any way, we passed out and woke up around 7pm and although we thought about cooking in, it just didn’t happen. We bummed it and headed out for a super causal dinner and checked out Viet-Thai. We were both feeling some Pho and mmm mmm it hit the spot!

Sunday I woke up feeling so much better & definitely craving some yoga after not practicing all week! Our favorite class, with Rian at Yoga One was amazing. We stayed for mediation afterwards, too which was so nice. Usually we are in a hurry to get out of the studio and it was so nice to not have to be anywhere.
Quickly showered at the studio and headed to Little Spoon for some brunch! I tried out the kale salad & added an egg and it was so good! Sunday couldn’t have been more gorgeous – super sunny and kind of hot, actually. I wanted to get a little sun on this pale body over here so we walked to the park and soaked up some Vitamin D for about an hour. I made Krmenadle’s for Sunday dinner + a big salad and they were so yummy!
And that’s a wrap on the weekend! xx
Much Love,
P.S. It IS possible to eat healthy while dining out! The choice is yours. 😉
