Wine of the Week // No. 2

Happy Thursday, loves! Hope everyone is having a wonderful week! Its been warm & sunny & all around awesome here in Charlotte this week! Ahhh, I just love this time of year! Everywhere I walk, ride my bike or drive, Spring is in full bloom! So many pretty shades or pink, purple, greens & yellows.

So! me & Adam had a perfect night in tonight cooking & hanging out. Cooking at home & preparing your own food really is so much better than going out! We made this delicious dinner of Roasted Chicken Legs with Potatoes and Kale from Food & Wine and shared a bottle of Underwood Pinot Noir that has been a favorite of ours for the last month to six weeks!
Coming in at just about $12 a bottle, you really can’t go wrong with this light & lovely Oregon Pinot. This fruity pinot from Union Wine Co. goes down a little to easily (LOL) and makes for a perfect everyday table wine. Pop it in the fridge to chill for just a bit before your meal, sip & enjoy! 
Fun little tidbit, you can also find this yummy Pinot in a can along with their Pinot Grigio which makes for a perfect spring/summer drink! xx
