Winter Veg Garden

Hi Loves!! Happy Hump Day! Another week is blowing by AND I cannot believe tomorrow is Thanksgiving!! I mean…where has this year gone!? Adam is off to Raleigh to his family this morning and I will head up on Friday after working for a few hours to spend the rest of the weekend with The Stone Family after spending Turkey Day with my fam.

So last Saturday morning, we potted a sweet, little winter vegetable garden. After a pretty successful summer garden, (my very first!) we decided it would be fun to try and grow some winter veggies! My little garden brought me so much simple joy over the summer, we figured why not give it a go for a cold weather garden, too! We have just a small space outside on the patio of our condo so we went with a small selection of some of our faves — Collard Greens, Kale, Swiss Chard, Broccoli, Carrots & Red Cabbage. Wee
