Hi guys! Happy Sunday! Hope everyone had an awesome week! Workouts were…eh, this week. I’m working around & babying some calf & hamstring issues over here and had to cool it big time on the cardio this week. My left calf has been super inflamed to the point where I’ve been taking Aleve (I hate taking anything!) & icing it every night before bed and its basically just creating a bunch of other issues throughout my left leg. I’ve shared before that I have some leg/hip imbalances and they have just been flaring up recently with a little too much run time. Sooo…like I always say, listen to your body, guys! Taking it a little easy or having a couple extra rest/stretch/foam roll days is way better than an injury. No thank you!! I have a massage on the books for this week so hopefully that will workout all the kinks.

After 2 weeks of not working out together, Leah & I finally made our schedules work and had a killer sweat sesh! I put us thru this circuit which is one of absolute favorite workouts!! It kicks your ass and your in & out of the gym in less than an hour

I hopped on the stairmaster to try and do cardio and after just 5 minutes I could feel my calf Screammmmming at me. So I got off and just stuck with the weights.

Saturday. 6.4
super sweaty park sesh with Adam. We brought some toys down to the field – medicine ball, weights, soccer ball – and basically just ran around for an hour and sweated our booty’s off in the 90+ heat! OMG. We were drenched when we got in.
We ran sprints up and down the field, squat combos, push ups, and a variety of tricep and shoulder exercises with the dumb bells.
