Workouts this Week / 5.9 – 5.15

Happy Sunday, loves! Hope everyone has had an awesome week! Quick post to share what workouts looked like this week! I had another awesome mix of strength sesshies combined with cardio + a couple rest days. 

Monday. 5.9
CARDIO / 60 minutes
Treadmill / 20 minutes: walk/warm up: .50 miles, run: 1 mile
Stair Master / 20 minutes
Precore AMT / 20 minutes

After our big mothers day weekend and one too many mimosas, I just wanted a big sweaty cardio sesh rather than a strength sesh. Its felt so good & left me pooped come Monday evening.

Tuesday. 5.10

We did a giant set kneeling on the BOSU Ball to start each round
LATERAL RAISES: 30x
PLATTER BICEP CURLS: 20x
OVERHEAD DB TRICEPS EXTENSTIONS: 25x

INCLINE DB PRESS: 20X
SINGLE ARM DB ROW IN A LUNGE POSITION W/ FRONT FOOT ON THE BOSU BALL: 20X
STEP UP + BICEP CURL: 20X / EACH LEG

CORE CIRCUIT / 3 ROUNDS OF EVERYTHING
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS: 10X / EACH SIDE
BICYCLES: 10X / EACH SIDE
CRUNCHES W/ LEGS IN THE AIR: 20X

Wednesday. 5.11
REST DAY

Thursday. 5.12
CARDIO / 45 minutes
Treadmill / 15 minutes / 1 mile power walk
Stair master / 20 minutes
Precore AMT / 10 minutes

Friday. 5.13
LISS CARDIO / 30 minutes on the treadmill

UNDERHAND TRICEP PULLDOWNS: 25X
CABLE FLYS: 30X
JUMPING JACK + LATER RAISE W/ RESISTANCE BAND AROUND ANKLES: 60 SECONDS
BALANCING BICEP CURLS: 20X / SWITCH LEGS AT 10 REPS
MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS: 30 SECONDS
BENT OVER REVERSE DB FLYS: 20X
Saturday. 5.14

FULL BODY PARK SESH WITH MY BOO / 4 ROUNDS OF EVERYTHING
The weather was so amazing in Charlotte this weekend, Adam and I decided to get in a good outdoor workout together. I put us thru this no-equipment-needed circuit in the park by our house. 
PUSH UPS: 20X
STEP UP + KNEE UP: 20X / EACH LEG
TRICEP DIPS: 20X
ALTERNATING CRAB TOE KICKS: 10X / EACH LEG
HIGH PLANKS: 60 SECONDS
SIDE LUNGE: 15X / EACH LEG

Sunday. 5.15
STRETCHING, FOAM ROLLING…
And about a 10ish mile bike ride all over the city that may/may not have led to mimosas! haha
