Hiya babes!! Quick pop into share what workouts have looked like over the last week. Between being here in Park City & home in CLT I’ve had a pretty awesome mix of movement and I’m feeling pretty GOOD! 🙂

my first day in Park City & I couldn’t wait to get out and explore.
I walked allllll over town, which is basically up hill all the time and at 7k feet, this is challenging for the cardio. Did an hour hike + ran stairs that can be found in between streets here.
SATURDAY / 7.2
SEMI-REST DAY. Drove around all day and location scouted with Adam. we were in and out of the car all day walking/partially hiking at each location
SUNDAY / 7.3
CARDIO / 15 minutes incline walking

TRAVELING PUSH UPS: 60 seconds
REVERSE LUNGE + KNEE UP + NEUTRAL SHOULDER PRESS: 15x each side (30 total)

SINGLE ARM DB ROW: 20x
