Hiya loves! Happy Labor Day! Hope everyone has been enjoying the long, holiday weekend & soaking up this gorgeous fall-is-in-the-air weather! eek! I love it!! It was another week of well-rounded workouts – strength, yoga, cardio, boxing – and I’m feeling pretty awesome!
Remember, every day is different & you don’t always have to kill yourself – just make time to move your body everyday.
Monday. 8.29.

LISS CARDIO / PRECORE AMT
40 minutes of good & sweaty cardio on the precore

WARM UP: 15 minute incline power walk
LOADS OF PILATES TONING / BOOTY EXERCISES ON THE MAT
FULL BODY CIRCUIT / FOCUS ON LEGS / 3 ROUNDS OF EVERYTHING
TRX SINGLE LEG SQUATS: 15x
PUSH UPS: 20x
SIDE LUNGE + DB UPRIGHT ROW: 15x (each side, 30 total)
ASSISTED PULL UPS: 20x
My mom is wanting to 1) gain strength in her legs 2) tone up her lower body so I met her at the gym and put her thru a workout with me. It was so fun, she did awesome & I’m so proud of her!
Friday. 9.2.
LISS CARDIO / TREADMILL / 45 minutes
I basically strolled at 3.6 on a 2 incline for 45 minutes. It was pouring down rain allll day, and it was so nice to just walk. I was slightly sore from my leg day on Thursday so some low intensity movement was exactly what I needed.
Saturday. 9.3
KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP @ EAST COAST FIGHTER
I’m so in love with this class! It’s even better/harder than the regular kickboxing class I go to during the week! I was so happy to get to this class because I had plans on Wednesday & Thursday night that didn’t allow me to make it to class. I was not happy about it either! haha
Sunday. 9.4.
REST DAY
OMG, Adam is home!! He got in late Saturday night. We slept in, hung out and went for a short walk outside and just enjoyed the rest of our first Sunday together in way too long.
Monday. 9.5.
5.5 MILES / 1.5 HOUR WALK ALLLL OVER UPTOWN CLT
With the holiday weekend, I’ve now had the last 3 Monday’s off which has allowed for morning cardio outside + I’ve gone to Rian’s 6.30pm class at Charlotte Yoga South End.
I can predict how my week is stacking up and if I only have 1 or 2 clients on a certain day I will consolidate to 4 days. It is so nice to have the day to myself, workout, run errands and catch up on Blog + Real Estate work.
Take control of your schedule… or other people will!
